I slid out of Laith’s mind as soon as I felt steady enough to manage it. When I came to, the king and I were in the same place we had been when I entered his mind.

I turned around and pulled myself up onto the man’s lap, straddling him. My knees dug into the sand as I took his face in my hands, pulling his mouth to mine.

Laith’s eyes closed for a heartbeat. “Then you’ll have me.” His hands slid down the silk that rested over my curves, slipping under my dress and sliding up to my ass. “We’re going to talk about your missing undergarments when we’re done,” he warned me, his voice low and his eyes hot.

“Sure.” I rocked my hips slightly, taking him inside me just a little.

He swore, his huge fingers wrapping around my ass and thighs.

“I don’t want you to hold back this time,” I told him, burying one of my hands in his thick, gorgeous hair. “Take what you need from me too.”

His eyes fucking burned me. “You come first, Vena. Always.”

I sank down the rest of the way, taking all of him. The insane fullness had me panting, even as he throbbed inside me.

“Tell me how you feel.” His gaze was dark, his fingers sliding up my thighs.
